The errors of the URL language.

Each one names a fault in a PATTERN, in a base path, or in a param of one — and no fault of a route tree, of a machine, or of a bridge. Those live in @xmachines/play-router.

Every class extends PlayError of @xmachines/play, so a consumer sorts an error with one instanceof for the whole architecture.
