The parts of one location string.

`suffix`	`readonly`	`string`	Every character behind the pathname, as the location wrote them. A caller that rebuilds a location keeps this string rather than the two parts above, because it carries the `?` and the order of the two marks without a change.	packages/play-url/src/location.ts:30
