The base path of a bridge that has no basePath option.

The object is FROZEN, and both levels of it: resolveBasePath returns this exact instance for every bridge with no mount, and RouterBridgeBase.basePathParams hands its params to the caller. Readonly<Record<string, string>> is gone at run time, so without the freeze one write in consumer code would leak that key into every other unmounted bridge in the process.
