function repointProviderBridge(bridge, basePath?, basePathParams?): void;

Moves the mount of a live bridge, and rebuilds nothing.

The call is safe directly after the open: it resolves to the prefix that the constructor applied already, and setBasePath then returns at once. A null bridge, and a bridge with no mount API, are both no-ops.
